My first aim is to get to know you, so before we jump into the ‘doing’ part of the process, there will be some analysis. We will assess the current state of your health and fitness. We will evaluate any past injuries and challenges you face today and establish where you would like to get to. We will look closely at your experiences and symptoms, and I will measure your posture and movement efficiency. The information we gather will shine a light on what is causing your pain or slowing down your training progress.

Based on the findings from your assessment, we will now focus on correcting any major imbalances, increasing your energy levels, and building up your fitness. A plan will be custom made to fit your time schedule, your space and the equipment you have available.

Life is full of distraction, and there will always be obstacles blocking you from following your program perfectly. Therefore I will monitor your progress closely, and we will make adjustments and shape the plan to make sure it works for you.

Condition the beginning

We have now arrived in a “happy place”. You are feeling much better and you are ready to start your conditioning program. In this chapter we will focus on preparing you to effectively handle your specific sport/life challenges, and to thrive without re-injuring yourself.
